My name is Tiffany Nickole, and I am a Christian, a makeup enthusiast, a home cook, a jeweler, and a career-oriented cat mom dedicated to the empowerment of women everywhere. I am so happy to share my passion for all these things with you and to give encouragement and advice in areas I’ve struggled with for a long time.

This blog grew out of a need to share the things I’ve learned over the years (because what good is information learned if it isn’t shared) as well as wanting to create a safe space for us girls to share information, ask questions, and to be vulnerable because there is so much more that makes us similar than what makes us different.

I’ve struggled with self-doubt and feeling like I was never good enough or pretty enough. I am determined to empower women to know that they are more than enough and to help them to have the confidence to declare that to the world regardless of their race, size, or beauty norms.

That’s why I wanted to create almost an online lady lair that women can come to and be authentically themselves and ask questions, share experiences, and get valuable information they can use to help them be even better in their everyday lives.

Before starting this website, I was often told to pick a “niche” and stick with it. Don’t start a website that focuses on so many things. Stick with the makeup! But I felt that wasn’t true to what I wanted to give. I want to let women know that we are so much more than the sum of our parts and pretty faces, but there is so much more underneath the surface, and with the right amount of information and nurturing, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.

Done are the days of being quiet and looking pretty! We are fearless and multi-faceted. And that’s what I want this blog to be for you!
